When you create a Tidepay merchant account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). When you use the dashboard or API we also process the plans, webhook URLs, and take-rate settings you configure, and the on-chain wallet addresses and transaction data associated with your subscribers' charges.
Subscription charges, splits, and wallet addresses are recorded on public blockchains and are inherently visible to anyone inspecting the relevant chain. Tidepay does not control the visibility of on-chain data.
We use collected information to operate the Service: authenticating dashboard sessions, executing scheduled charges, delivering signed webhooks, and providing support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Stripe to process platform subscription billing for merchant accounts, and public blockchain RPC providers to read and submit on-chain transactions. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support through your dashboard, subject to data we are required to retain by law.
